11/21/12

KB Practice w/ 16kg!  I did:

1 pressing ladder, rungs 1, 2, &3

TGU – 1 per side

1 swing/1snatch – 5 per side/2

Swing/Squat ladder – 5/4/3/2/1

KBB instruction – 2 classes!  Plenty of battling ropes, swings, deads, squats, planks, and wall sits!

11/19/12

20 min power walk

Then…feeling saucy – forgot I didn’t have any bells at home, but the barbell was eyeing me…so I did 3 rounds of a complex!  Fun stuff!  I  might just post the video this week!

I did 5 reps of the following – deadlift, row, hang clean, back squat, push press – all with a bare bar (45lbs)…took a short break between each round

Round ligament test….morning 2 mile AR walk…only slightly side-achy feeling!  Whoop!  Bring on an afternoon run test!

PM – 2 roughly 2.75 mile run – 36 min – about a 13:00 mile.  Not too shabby for no running since early October!  Round ligament pain…so-so, felt slightly side-achy every once in awhile.

KBB instruction – I only participated in the finisher – swings, plank to elbows, duck unders, high knees

KBB instruction – 3 classes – deads, swings, squats, carries, planks…and TONS!

KBB instruction – 2 classes – I took it semi easy tonight….I was SMOKED for some reason.  We did plenty of swing practice, deads, carries, squats, and planks

KBB instruction – swings, heavy deads, squats, planks, Thunderstruck swings!

KBB Instruction – 2 classes, swings, deads, squats, planks, wall sits, plank wars, chest presses, side shuffles, surrenders, plank to elbows

Attempt at active recovery walk – first pregnancy issue….round ligament pain!  Walking is now difficult for longer than 5 min!  I can do anything else, but walking is ridiculous.

11/6/12

Short strength workout before class – 2 x 5 C&P w/ 12kg, snatch practice (roughly 15 per arm) w/ 16kg, double C&P w 12kgs 3 x 3

KBB instruction – 2 classes….mobility work, strength work/practice, and this workout from Girya Girl!  It was awesome!  We did a only :30 of the 2 hand swings instead of 1 min.

Active recovery walk/jog – 2ish miles

11/3/12

KBB instruction – swing review and technique, planks, core activation, deads, squats, rows, swings

11/1/12

KBB instruction – 2 classes, deads, squats, swings, planks, carries

10/31/12

Active recovery walk – noon

Active recovery walk – 4pm

Total, about 2.5 miles
