KB Practice w/ 16kg! I did:
1 pressing ladder, rungs 1, 2, &3
TGU – 1 per side
1 swing/1snatch – 5 per side/2
Swing/Squat ladder – 5/4/3/2/1

KBB instruction – 2 classes! Plenty of battling ropes, swings, deads, squats, planks, and wall sits!

20 min power walk
Then…feeling saucy – forgot I didn’t have any bells at home, but the barbell was eyeing me…so I did 3 rounds of a complex! Fun stuff! I might just post the video this week!
I did 5 reps of the following – deadlift, row, hang clean, back squat, push press – all with a bare bar (45lbs)…took a short break between each round

Round ligament test….morning 2 mile AR walk…only slightly side-achy feeling! Whoop! Bring on an afternoon run test!
PM – 2 roughly 2.75 mile run – 36 min – about a 13:00 mile. Not too shabby for no running since early October! Round ligament pain…so-so, felt slightly side-achy every once in awhile.

Attempt at active recovery walk – first pregnancy issue….round ligament pain! Walking is now difficult for longer than 5 min! I can do anything else, but walking is ridiculous.

Short strength workout before class – 2 x 5 C&P w/ 12kg, snatch practice (roughly 15 per arm) w/ 16kg, double C&P w 12kgs 3 x 3
KBB instruction – 2 classes….mobility work, strength work/practice, and this workout from Girya Girl! It was awesome! We did a only :30 of the 2 hand swings instead of 1 min.
