10/2/12

Plenty of demo-ing at bootcamp – tons of deadlifts, swings and planks, plus demo-ing circuit moves.  Plenty of farmer carries.

10/1/12

Double Farm Carry overload!  Hauled 32 kettlebells of all sizes up some steps and across the gym into their new home!!  Roughly 15 trips!

10K Training – eh, it was a so-so training run.  Roughly 35 min.

PM – Bootcamp!  deadlifts, swings, surrenders, planks, squats!  Nice strength/cardio combo!

Snatch test w/ 12kg – 66 reps in 5 minutes.  Not too shabby for never trying this before!

New client workout!!  Spent a good amount of time demonstrating, and did a little circuit with them, training for myself was probably only 15 min….but my glutes and hamstrings needed a break from yesterday!

HKC Minnesota!  Loved it! A full day of kettlebells!!

Seesaw pressing – 13 and 18lb bells, toooooooo light!

KB Bootcamp!!  We did some major deep squatting – face the walls, rock bottoms, goblet – swings, carries – overhead, racked, farmer – kneeling wood chops, suitcase deadlifts, and finished off with some fab yoga moves to loosen up!

10K training

Had scheduled PM – swings today…however, my kettlebell shipment arrived.  So I spent a good chunk of time loading them on the truck at the post office, and office the truck and unpacking at home.  Sweet workout!
