My Fitness Bucket List

The other night as I was falling asleep, I got to thinking about all the things I had accomplished fitness wise already in 2012, and all the things I wanted to accomplish in the future….so I’ve decided to record my “Fitness Bucket List.”  My list is in no particular order.  By creating this page, I can track my progress, and add and modify as I see fit!

1.)  Hardstyle Kettlebell Certification completed September 2012!

2.)  Complete the RKC Snatch Test

3.)  Complete the Secret Service Snatch Test

4.)  Turkish Get Up w/ a 20kg bell

5.)  1 Strict Dead Hang Pull-up

6.)  Pistol

7.)  Olympic Weightlifting Competition

8.)  Powerlifting Competition

9.)  Tough Mudder – MN 2013

10.)  Ultra Spartan Beast

11.)  RKC (or the Pavel equivalent)

12.)  Weekend Yoga Retreat

13.)  250 lb Deadlift

14.)  Childbirth 🙂
