Welcome!  Thanks for stopping by to check out my training information!  I have been working out consistently for about eight years now, and am excited to be at a point where I want to share that experience with the world!  In the beginning, my workouts consisted of mostly cardio and aerobics type stuff.  I eventually picked up some free weights and started to dabble with strength training.   Almost three years ago I dabbled in Crossfit, but eventually left because the drive was too long to the nearest class.  However, Crossfit led me to my two favorite tools of training- barbells and kettlebells.  I train with both, generally by myself, in my Basement Gym of Doom :).   It’s time to get out into the open and share these things with the world!

I currently hold Kettlebell Bootcamp classes at St. Paul’s Lutheran School in Arlington (510 W Adams St).  I have all the equipment necessary for YOU to attend a class.  All YOU need to bring is a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, some comfy workout clothes, and a bottle of water!   Oh yeah, and flat soled shoes (or plan on training barefoot – please see this post for an awesome explanation).  These are all levels classes, so even if you consider yourself a beginner, I would still encourage you to check it out!   My current class schedule, beginning October 2012:

Tuesday & Thursday Evenings – 5:30PM – 6:30 PM, and 7PM – 8PM

Saturday Mornings – 9AM – 10AM

Class Fees:

Drop-in – $8

5 Classes (punchcard) – $25

*2 month expiration from date of purchase

Monthly Unlimited – $40

*runs from the 1st of the month through the last day of the month

**If you have never attended class, I ask that you set up a time to meet with me outside of my normal class times to work on beginner form and skills. The charge for this meeting is $5, and will last between 30-60 minutes, and can be combined as part of a punch card, or the monthly unlimited option.
